OPERATING HOURS

All the South Fork III CDD (Community Development District) amenities' operating hours are from dawn to dusk. On occasion the South Fork III HOA will host an event, such as movie in the park night, which runs after dusk.

CLUBHOUSE AND AMENITIES CENTER

Poolside

The South Fork III CDD Clubhouse and Amenities Center, located at 11771 Ambleside Blvd, provides residents of South Fork III CDD with a 140,000 gallon zero-entry, or beach-entry style pool. The pool has a 152-person capacity, shade umbrella tables, pool-side lounge chairs, and a covered patio with ceiling fans. Guidelines and rules can be found in the Amenities Policy.

BBQ Grilling Stations

While the rest of the family is taking in the sun and refreshing water, another family member or authorized guest can be grilling some burgers and hotdogs on one of our two, fourburner gas grills located next to the covered patio. The grilling area has plenty of prep space on granite countertops and is equipped with a 55-gallon propane tank that feeds both grilling stations.

Basketball Court and Playground

Collocated with the South Fork III CDD pool is a gated half-court basketball court. Directly across from the basketball court you will find a gated playground for the kids to enjoy. All South Fork III CDD playgrounds are designed for children 12yr old or younger.

PRADERA PARK

The Pradera Park and playground area is a pivotal location within the South Fork III CDD. It boasts a large open green space area with a walking path around its perimeter. There are restrooms on location that are accessible only by South Fork III CDD residents. Adjacent to the restrooms there is a large, covered pavilion that has several picnic tables under the roof, and charcoal grills off to the side. And only a few feet away from the pavilion we have a huge slide playground with other playground equipment, such as swings and a rock wall. On Google maps it is labeled as 3 story playground.

DOG PARKS

The South Fork III CDD is host to three different dog parks. One of those parks is located at the Pradera Park, just across the road from the playground. The other two dog parks are located on Brighton Knoll Loop in the southwest area of the community. One being a small standard green space dog park, the other being a large agilitystyle dog park. A pet waste station is also on-site.

POCKET PARKS

Also in the South Fork III CDD are six separate green spaces, commonly called pocket parks. Conveniently located in Stonecrest, Sunstone Ridge, Crestview, Summerset and Stonewalk sub-divisions, these parks each contain park benches. Pets must remain leashed in these areas.
